A written request is the best documented route for a specific county-held record. The county says it will make records available as soon as practicable and no later than 15 calendar days, or provide a written explanation within that period if a request is burdensome or a record is unavailable. General charges listed by the county are $0.25 per printed or scanned page, $10 for a CD or DVD, and $20 for a USB or OneDrive link, plus postage. Payment is due before release.
